Mr. Yashbir Singh, standing tall with his stratospheric achievements, an IIM Indore alumni with B.E. (Civil) from PEC, Chandigarh is the CEO of Level9 Biz Pvt Ltd. Yashbir has always dwelt on the blueprint that can create a template for success for every individual. With a rich corporate experience of 9 years, he started his career with ACC Ltd. moving on to J.K. Group and N.K. Sharma Group. The highlights being achieving the highest sale target in H.P. region. His core competency has always been Project Management, Business Development & Strategic Planning. His unstinted dedication, perserverance and commitment to the projects undertaken by Synergy Group was instrumental to deliver before committed deadlines.
Mr. Cianta Seneviratne

Mr. Cianta Seneviratne ,Director Level9 Biz Pvt Ltd, has over 17 years of experience in capital markets, financial commodity trading and alternative investments. Previously, he was the Managing Director and Head of Asia-Pacific for XE Capital Management, a global hedge fund firm managing over US$1 billion in assets, where he focused on structured credit and private equity transactions across resource, financial, insurance and real estate sectors. Prior to that he was a co-portfolio manager and an investment committee member of the US$2.4 billion alternative investment platform at Zurich Capital Markets after having begun his career in proprietary trading and risk management at Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust. Cianta holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Melbourne and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr. Manjit Singh, Director Operations, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real estate handles the liasioning for our organisation. He has been at the forefront of managing overall operations of the business ,with a strong process driven approach, he is actively involved in strategic reviewing of operations and is a hands-on team player.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Arora, the Director Technical, is renowned professionally qualified designer with an experience of 25 years in the field of Architecture, Civil Construction, Interior Design, Landscape and Environmental Design. He is very well competent in concept designing, process quality control, cost engineering, thus, managing multiple tasks, through cutting edge technology.
